SIDAMO COFFEE

Grow in Altitude ranging : 1550 – 2000 m South part of Ethiopia.
Prepared as Washed, natural & specialty Raw: small to medium sized beans, compacted rounded.
Color: greenish to grayish and sometimes bluish Cup: balanced acidity and body , Have citrus flavor&
Grading: - G1/ Q1, G2/Q2 washed G1/ Q1, G2/Q2 & G3 Natural G4 commercial

HARARE COFFEE

Grow in Altitude ranging : 900-2700 m east part of Ethiopia.
Produced as natural coffee only.
Raw: elongated, pointed.
Color: Yellow to amber (East Harar) Greenish Yellowish (west Harar).
Size: medium to large.
Cup: medium acidity full body and distinctive mocha flavor.
Grading: - G4 & G5 mostly G1 & G3 specialty

DJIMMA COFFEE

Grow in Altitude ranging : 1500 – 2000 m.
West part of Ethiopia Prepared as natural Raw: medium to bold , oval ,thick.
Color: Mostly greenish.
Cup: light acidity and full body , It’ s known as Ethiopian commercial bulk coffee.
